YouTube is now an entertainment service that is in great demand all over the world. But lately the service had disrupted content issues. Some parties cleverly upload videos containing annoying content. YouTube’s own party has stated several times that they will overcome this. Through a recent post on his official blog, they have announced several ways to resolve the issue.

One of the best ways to combat disruptive content is to hire more human moderators. YouTube has already implemented filters to block influx of annoying content, but some video manipulations and titles can sometimes make it through filters. Well, at this point human moderators will work to filter uploaded content, where humans can better grasp things that the back can not be done by the computer.

“We will continue our significant team growth for next year, with the goal of making the number of people across Google work in handling content that may violate our policies to more than 10,000 by 2018. At the same time, we are expanding our network of academics, groups industry and subject matter experts that we can learn and rely on to help us understand emerging issues better, ”  YouTube said.

Indeed using human power still has some weaknesses, such as requiring rest, while the computer does not need it. Even some humans may also be able to do careless things. But it’s hoped that a mix of filters, AIs and human moderators can help secure YouTube from inappropriate content.
